use of might in Hindi

Might is used with the sense of least possibility.
Might (सकता है/सकता था) संभावना व्‍यक्‍त करने के संंबंध में । 

Subject + Might +V1 + Object.

1. शायद आपकाेे आज देरी हो सकती हैं .
    You might get late today.
2. शायद मैं आज स्‍कूल जा सकता हूँ।
    I might go to school.
3. राम परीक्षा पास कर सकता है। 
     Ram might pass the exam.
4. शायद पापा आज आ सकते है। 
     Father might come today.
5. वह आज ऑफिस आ सकता है। 
    He might come to office today.
6. आज वर्षा हो सकती है।
    It might rain today.
7. पुलिस कभी भी आ सकती है। 
    Police might come anytime.

Negative:

Subject + Might + Not +V1 + Object.

1. शायद आपकाेे आज देरी नहीं हो सकती हैं .
    You might not get late today.
2. शायद मैं आज स्‍कूल नहीं जा सकता हूँ।
    I might not go to school.
3. राम परीक्षा पास नहीं कर सकता है। 
     Ram might not pass the exam.
4.  क्‍या राम परीक्षा पास कर सकता है?
     Might ram pass the exam?
5.  राम परीक्षा पास कैसे कर सकता है?
     How might ram pass the exam?

Might be हो सकता है संभावना व्‍यक्‍त करने के संंबंध में । 

Rule:  Subject + Might be + Noun/Object.

1) वह स्‍कूल में हो सकता है। 
    He might be at home.
2) वह अभी पार्क में हो सकता है। 
     He might be at the park.

Might be (Subject शायद किसी काम को कर रहा हो/होगा) की संभावना व्‍यक्‍त करने के संंबंध में । 

Rule:  Subject + Might be + V1 + ing + Object.

1) शायद वह अभी घर जा रहा होगा। 

    He might be going to home right now.

2) हो सकता है, राम अभी पढ रहा हो। 

    Ram might be reading right now.

3) धोनी शायद अभी लिख रहा होगा।

    Dhoni might be writing right now.

 

Might be (किसी काम काेे किया जा सकता है ) In Passive  

Rule:  Object + Might be + V3+  by + Subject.

1) इसे लिखा जा सकता है।

    It might be written.

2) राम को अमेरिका भेजा जा सकता है।

     Ram might be sent to america.
